Location was convenient with easy access to public transportation. There was a Starbucks nearby for late-night snacks and drinks. the staff was friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier.

My confirmed reservation was not in the hotel's system which caused me a lot of hassle. the rooms were slightly worn and could use some updating.

Was a good base for city trip. Hangfachang subway stop is just a walk down to the place, some 20 minutes on foot. Xiaoshan district was worth staying in. Room met all requests.

Our romantic getaway was ruined by the slightly worn and outdated room. The lack of amenities, such as a gym or spa made our stay less enjoyable overall.

The hotel had easy access to the metro, located just across the street, making transportation convenient. Additionally, having a Starbucks in the street corner of the lobby was a great perk. It stayed open until 23:00, perfect for a late evening snack and drink when returning to the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout my time here. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, with easy access to the metro just across the street. This made getting around the area a breeze. Additionally, having a Starbucks right on the corner of the lobby was a great bonus. It was open until 11:00 PM, which was perfect for grabbing a snack or drink when I returned to the hotel late in the evening.

I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. The staff, location, and amenities exceeded my expectations and made my stay truly enjoyable.
